What this website collects—and what it does not.
Last updated October 7, 2026
This notice describes what happens when you visit the LaunchWorks website or choose to contact LaunchWorks.
Information collected through forms and the service finder
If you use the inquiry form, the website collects the name and email address you provide, your business stage, the kind of help you are seeking, your message, and any optional timing or budget information you choose to include.
If you use the guided service finder, the website collects the answers you select, your required email address, and any optional first name you provide. The questions adjust to your selections. You can review your answers before sending them. Nothing is sent while you answer the questions or type your email. Information is sent only after you accept the privacy notice and submit the completed guide.
These forms send the information through Firebase and Google Cloud to admin@launchworksgroup.com in Google Workspace. The website does not place the inquiry content in a separate customer database. A valid contact-form submission receives a generic automatic acknowledgment; that email does not copy your message, timing, or budget. A valid submission through the new guided finder receives an email containing your selected answers, recommended services, typical price ranges, and suggested next step. Both come from the LaunchWorks address above. A LaunchWorks team member will personally reply within one business day. Neither form adds you to a marketing list or starts a recurring email sequence.
You can compare services without submitting the guide. The guide does not save your contact details or answers in browser storage. Downloading or printing a recommendation is your choice; the printable plan excludes your name, email, and individual answers.
If you still have an older contact page open, its original form may be used instead. That form sends one message to the LaunchWorks inbox but does not send an automatic acknowledgment or use the new database-based protection records described below. You can still expect a personal reply within one business day.
Google Workspace and the provider that receives the acknowledgment may process the outgoing message and delivery records under their own terms and privacy practices. If LaunchWorks receives the inquiry but the automatic acknowledgment cannot be sent, the inquiry remains delivered and the website reports that email confirmation is unavailable; you do not need to submit the form again.
To limit repeated or abusive submissions through the updated forms, the website temporarily stores one-way protected identifiers derived from the email address and submission, along with a reservation identifier, timestamps, expiration time, and delivery state. Those protection records do not contain the raw email address, name, answers, or message. They stop affecting new submissions after no more than 24 hours. Deletion is asynchronous rather than immediate and may occur after the record expires.
How inquiry information is used
LaunchWorks uses an inquiry or finder submission to understand your request, decide whether it may be able to help, provide and email your recommendation or receipt acknowledgment, provide one-to-one follow-up about that inquiry, prevent misuse of the form, and continue the conversation you requested. Submitting the finder does not start a project or agree to a fee. Price ranges are estimates, not a quote or a promise that every listed task is included; the written proposal confirms your scope and fee. Messages may remain in the LaunchWorks mailbox while they are needed for the inquiry or related business records.
Do not send passwords, government identification numbers, bank details, account numbers, or confidential legal or financial records in an initial message.
Direct email
If you use an email link instead, your own email service sends the message to admin@launchworksgroup.com. Your email service and Google Workspace handle that message under their own terms and privacy practices.
Information needed to show and protect the site
Firebase and Google Cloud may handle basic request details needed to show the pages, deliver the form, and protect the service. These details can include an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, time of access, and security events. LaunchWorks does not install advertising pixels, advertising cookies, or website analytics on this site.
Questions and requests
For a privacy question, or to ask about correcting or deleting information you sent to LaunchWorks, email admin@launchworksgroup.com. Please describe the request without including sensitive information.
